Session FAQs

How can I book a session?

You can either visit the "BOOKING" tab under the "BOOK A SESSION drop-down menu or we can schedule together over email, text, or call.

Do I have to have a yoga mat and props to begin taking sessions?

Due to COVID-19, it is extremely helpful if you use a personal mat yoga and yoga props (two blocks, one blanket, one strap, and sometimes one bolster) during our sessions. If you need guidance on which types of props to purchase, I can point you in the right direction. That being said, I do have a few sets of props and mats available for temporary use if need be.

What forms of Yoga can I choose from for my private or small group session?

All sessions are designed to fit you like a glove while encouraging you to move in the direction of your goals and desires. During our consultation call, we'll discuss your physical, mental, and emotional desires together and come up with a session strategy that most delights you.

I am experienced at facilitating many styles and flavors of yoga and mindfulness experiences. To name a few: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Acro Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Meditation Methodologies, Restorative Yoga, Journaling Mindfulness Practices, and

Law of Attraction Coaching. 

Are Aerial Yoga Sessions available?

Yes! One-on-one in-person sessions and one-on-one or group online sessions and available at this time.

Are you certified and insured?

You betcha! I am a fully insured E-RYT (experienced with 4000+ facilitation hours, registered with Yoga Alliance, and certified Yoga Teacher) with multiple additional CEU certifications in various yoga and mindfulness disciplines.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel our session prior to 24hrs before your selected time,100% of your funds are redeemable as a voucher for a future session together. If you cancel within the 24hr window before your selected time only 50% of your funds are redeemable as a voucher for a future class.
