Included: a free 20-minute consultation before the first session. These sessions are perfect for new clients who want to try out these practices it is also an appropriate package for returning clients looking to refresh their knowledge and recharge positive habits.

Group yoga is perfect athletic teams looking to up their physical performances, wedding parties wanting to de-stress and celebrate, or corporate teams striving peak mental clarities. We are available to book online or in-person sessions and are willing to travel if costs are covered.
